The three islands of Saebitseom are designed to represent three stages of a blloming flower- seed, flower bud and a fullbloom. It was featured prominently as the sleek laboratory building in the film Avengers: Age of Ultron. But, the most incredible part is its designed to float like giant buoys and dynamically adjust their height with the rising and falling water levels of Han river, ensuring they never submerge during floods.
