CP & JEONG Policy

Last updated: June 12, 2026

This page explains how Choco-Pie (CP) and JEONG work on X30 — how you earn and spend them, and how they affect your activity. For the binding legal terms, see the Terms of Service.

1. Choco-Pie (CP)

Choco-Pie (CP) is X30's internal reward point. It is credited for your activity on the platform and may be spent on benefits as they become available. CP is not cash and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary instrument.

Earning CP

Base campaign completion +3
Client extra reward (per campaign) +N
Optional short-form video missions (TikTok video · YouTube Shorts), each on approval +1 each
Referral & event bonuses — run as limited-time promotions; see the Guide for current offers varies

Spending CP

CP can be spent on the X30 Store, re-visit bookings, and premium features as they open. Your CP balance can never go negative.

Expiration

CP is valid for 1 year from the date earned. The expiration policy takes effect at a separate future time (expected with X30 Store activation). Until activation, no CP expires. When activated, X30 will give at least 7 days' advance notice.

Manual adjustments

The operations team may grant or revoke CP for events or dispute resolution. Such adjustments are always audited, and an in-app notification is sent by default.

2. JEONG

JEONG is X30's trust index, scored from 0 to 99. Every account starts at 30, and the score never resets. JEONG reflects your reliability and affects how many campaigns you can apply to at once.

How JEONG goes up

  • Campaign completion: +3 base (plus any campaign-specific extra)
  • An approved penalty exemption fully restores the deducted points

How JEONG goes down

Cancel after the free-cancel window (in-app + email notice) −5
Same-day cancel (in-app + email notice) −10
No-show (in-app + email notice) −15

Concurrent application limit

Your JEONG score determines how many campaigns you can have active at the same time:

80 and above 4
60–79 3
40–59 2
30–39 1
Below 30 0

Exception

Campaigns labeled as open-mission / public-benefit are exempt — they bypass the JEONG gate and don't count toward your concurrent limit.

Penalty exemption

If a deduction was beyond your control, you may file for a penalty exemption within 30 days. There are 6 accepted categories:

  1. Venue-side cancellation
  2. Force majeure
  3. Operational error
  4. Personal emergency
  5. Double booking
  6. Campaign changes without consent

3. Notifications

  • Reward grants are sent as an in-app notification.
  • Penalties are sent as both an in-app notification and an email.
  • Regardless of your notification preferences, your full transaction history is always available at /my/activity.

4. Changes to this policy

Material changes to this policy are announced in advance via an in-app guide and email. For a more detailed walkthrough, see the CP & JEONG launch guide.
