Beating the extreme heat

In Canada, I've actually never seen these smart things which is just a little jelly things put in the freezer or cold water and then you wear it around your neck. It's cute, fashionable, and it cools your whole body down because it makes your brain think "hey I'm in a cool environment". This is so cute and useful as a marketing product.
